Do I need to buy special foods or supplements?

No, not at all. I do recommend a protein powder to help reach goals but this can be whatever you like.

No special purchases required! We focus on simple, high-protein foods available at your local grocery store or even your fridge!

Can I join if I have dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! There are plenty of ways to increase your protein that will help you reach your goals. However, if you are a strict vegetarian I would recommend you pass on this 5 day challenge as it will be really hard to hit your goals.

Will I gain weight from eating more protein?

No! Eating more protein won’t cause weight gain. Protein keeps you fuller longer, reduces cravings, and actually burns more calories during digestion — about 30% of the calories from protein are used just to process it. As long as your overall calories are right for your goals, more protein makes fat loss and body composition changes easier, not harder.

Protein is essential for muscle health and can actually help in weight management. Our plan is balanced to support your goals for optimal and sustainable results.
